Pat Brennan Appointed New CEO of Verto Analytics, Hannu Verkasalo Continues as Founder

Verto Analytics board of directors unanimously approved the promotion of Pat Brennan from COO to CEO as the company expands its strategy around cross-device behavioral research data.

New York, NY – Verto Analytics Inc., a behavioral analytics platform based in Helsinki and New York City, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Brennan to the role of chief executive officer (CEO), with the unanimous support of the Verto board of directors. Brennan replaces Hannu Verkasalo, who’s served as CEO since he founded Verto Analytics in 2013. Verkasalo will remain with Verto Analytics in his role as founder. 

Brennan will take a hands-on role in crafting a vision to deploy Verto’s winning behavioral research and data analysis capabilities across multiple growing markets. Verkasalo will focus on strengthening relationships with Verto Analytics’ strategic partners, customers, and vendors; he will also generate high-level messaging in key areas of marketing and public relations.

Previously Brennan served as chief operating officer (COO) at Verto Analytics. Brennan joined Verto in 2018 after working in executive roles at ComScore, ARS, and MSWResearch. His promotion to CEO of Verto Analytics is effective today.
